EPG display on TV

Hi I’m not sure what I’m doing as this is my first question, I just registered and not sure how to ask a question, I hope this is the correct way.
My new V2 is great except that the EPG display is chopped off on the left hand side of TV, so instead of seeing the word “Today” I only see “day”. See attached pic. I have tried 2 different smart TV’s and tried different aspect ratios on the V2 but it’s always the same. Can anyone help to fix this problem? Thanks, Freddo

Moved topic to a more appropriate area (it was in the area for the old DP series Beyonwizes).

Problem was in picture aspect ratio of TV, changed setting to "just scan", problem sorted, many thanks blip for putting me on the right track, FREDDO
