Feature: All tuners in use

I was recording shows on three different networks and tried to change channel to a fourth network and nothing happened - obviously can't because all tuners are in use. However at first it appears the T3 has locked up. Maybe a warning here would be good - something like Channel can't be changed all tuners in use.
