Move file while being recorded

I noticed that you can move a file in the movie player that is in the process of being recorded. The recording seems to continue ok, however the start and end event marks don't get set at the end of the recording like normal and the .ap file gets left behind in the original recording location.

One of the issues is that when you select a file in media player, you cant tell if it is being recorded as the red recording icon changes to white which is the same colour as the icon for any selected file red, yellow and green all turn to white when selected. This makes it easy to accidentally move a file what is still being recorded.

I',m not sure if being able to move a file being recorded is a good idea, but we should either prevent it or make sure that all of the associated files get moved too.
