If you have multiple recordings then the recording progress bar shows the recording progress state of the last channel that you visited that had a recording running when you visited it.
However, if you have the info bar on and change channels using the channel up or down then the text of the channel that is being recorded does not change but the progress bar changes to reflect the recording on the current channel.
