BUG: First successful pause jumps back in time

To reproduce:

1. Change the channel
2. Wait 60 seconds
3. Press pause.

The pause works, but jumps back in time 30 seconds. Pressing play to resume playback does not resume from where you actually paused the playback.

Note this only happens the first time after changing channel. Subsequent pause / resume operations work as expected.
