Anyone using Movie Browser plugin?

I started using the Movie Browser plugin, and it seemed to be doing a good job of automatically supplying metadata, art etc. for my movie collection. However, I'm told over on the Beta forum that it was removed from the base firmware over a year ago because of stability issues, and that it is no longer included in a lot of third-party enigma feeds. It's not on the T3's Download Plugins screen any more because of this.

I contacted the developer via his site at kashmir-plugins.de. His response was:

"it’s the first time I heard of this and about issues with the stability of the plugin. There are still no problems with the plugin on an enigma2 based image like dmm, vuplus, open-atv or open-pli images. If an image is not close to the enigma standard and use non-standard functions there can be problems with an enigma2 plugin - so I guess that is the problem with the PVR image you are talking about."

So my question is whether anyone has any experience with the plugin, and whether it's safe to use it on a T3.
