Playback of recordings drops out to live TV on P1

Started happening about a month ago. While watching something recorded playback just drops out to live TV. I can go back to the file manager and keep playing from where it stopped with no issue. Does not seem like a corrupt recording. Once I had show paused and went to the kitchen and a few minutes later heard the TV going, yep it had dropped out of paused recording into live TV.
