Volume Control "see through" on Beyonwiz Remote

I have had a Humax STB with in built DVD for a number of years. Although you can set the remote to control the TV, in STB/DVD mode it controls the STB/DVD functions and the actual TV volume control. I would find that more suitable than the current set up with the Beyonwiz remote where in STB mode it controls the Beyonwiz output volume only. Is there any way to set the standard Beyonwiz remote control to directly control TV volume in STB mode.
