Could there be a USB tuner that has pass through so I plug the TV into the Belling-Lee socket? :)

No such beast exists.

You are better off buying a passive splitter and installing it at the wall outlet and feeding the TV and Wiz separately.

You'll find that if you were to daisy chain the TV of the back of the Wiz antenna connection, the TVwill lose reception if the Wiz is switched off.
Logitech Harmony Ultimate+Elite RCs
Beyonwiz T2/3/U4/V2, DP-S1 PVRs
Denon AVR-X3400h, LG OLED65C7T TV
QNAP TS-410 NAS, Centos File Server (Hosted under KVM)
Ubiquiti UniFi Managed LAN/WLAN, Draytek Vigor130/Asus RT-AC86U Internet
Pixel 4,5&6, iPad 3 Mobile Devices

I've got a 4-way that works a treat, Wall Socket->Splitter->Sony TV, Foxtel IQ3, Beyonwiz T2 & Onkyo AVR (for FM)
Had one of those cheap-n-nastie ones that kept giving issues, with the Antsig have crystal clear reception and audio, for $10 a bargain.
