It seems the default setting for TV recordings is hdd/media /movies. I have created a new folder called hdd/media/tv_recordings.

How/where do I change the setting to make the tv_recordings folder the default destination for all TV recordings?

The EPG guide data cache isn't bouquet specific, so if all of the services in the Favourites bouquet show guide data then the other bouquets should too.
Perhaps just restart the GUI.

They've never shown a full set of guide data. Have rebooted, shutdown, standby etc many times

SBS and I believe ABC are now broadcasting some programs with Audio Description. I recorded a program with it, and once recorded, I don't think can be removed or turned from the file.
