found out there was a loose aerial connection a few connectors down the line in another room and that fixed it. i started looking when i plugged the tv in and same issue.

ive been having tuner issues now, channels disappearing not working just a black screen with around 70% signal strength. some channels work fine some dont even show. only channels i get are the 8 channel 7 channels.
how do we test each tuner??

never given an issue to date, watching a recording and it just rebooted and continued rebooting as it was loading to 42% in a never ending loop.
i have powered it off and turned it in again and same thing.

FIXED.
i tried pressing the tv-out button, went through the resolutions, and it is now working.
i must have accidentally pressed that button before or something.

sorted it, just changed it from hdm1 to hdmi2 on the tv and it worked, no idea why it wont work on hdmi1 when the other one does. samecables and everything.

tried another hdmi cable, im thinking its the tv issue. i have a sound bar conencted to the tv via fibre optics, when connected straight to the nvr i get sound ok, but not when its connected to the tv.
seems a coincidence that after i tried updating firmware sound stopped it seems. still testing.
